The Prostitutes Corner

The blogs a little bit late today.We had a litlle bit of hassle on the border, where our technician who has dread locks got searched. I think the guards suspected him of something. Cant think why? We got back fromVienna at 0637 this morning. We are now in Koprivnice. Home town of our manager. The concert was a little bit strange. The Austrians are a difficult audience. We played at 0030. The club is great but one thing we learnt is that in a foreign land where nobody knows you we have to play around with the set list and maybe not play the more punky things first. We played well but we came away with a feeling that the people in the audience could have been more involved. Like clap between songs for instance.
Stevie felt bad. and managed to get some antibiotics into himself which eventually worked. Everybody is tired out and then you have to perform. I nearly had a fight with a two metre tall punk who knocked over my beer. Something you dont do to a northern englishman without apologising. I insisted he got me another one. and amazingly he did but for a moment I thought he was going to hit me with bottle. Petr Pliska turned up with his girlfriend Zuzka and also Eva, Destroyer’s film producer, with friend Jindra.
